A London transport operator built around passengers who need support
Apex Transit Solutions Ltd was set up to provide the kind of transport families and care teams should be able to take for granted: safe, punctual and familiar.
Our story
We are a passenger transport operator based in London, working with local authority commissioning teams, schools, colleges and adult social care services. Most of what we do is the same routes, every day, for passengers who rely on them.
The company was founded to do that work properly: recruiting carefully, training thoroughly, keeping vehicles in good order, and answering the phone when a school or a parent needs an answer.
We are a small, hands-on team. The people who plan your routes are the people you speak to when you call, which is why problems get solved quickly rather than passed around.

Consistency matters
For many passengers, the same driver in the same seat at the same time is what makes travel possible. We protect that wherever we can.

We tell schools, families and commissioners what has happened, including when something has gone wrong, and what we are doing about it.

Passengers are spoken to, not about. Support is given at the pace the passenger needs, and privacy is respected.
Our commitment to the young people we transport
A school journey should not be the hardest part of a child's day. We plan routes so that travel times are reasonable, we brief staff on how each passenger communicates, and we take the time to build a routine that feels predictable.
We keep parents and carers informed, we listen when they tell us something is not working, and we change what we are doing rather than defending it. Where a young person is working towards independent travel, we support that goal even though it means our involvement reduces over time.
